Duran Duran has been a long time favorite and major influence of Scott Beschta and his music. particularly, his bass playing, which he learned by playing along with Duran records as a kid and has remained a constant through his varied musical career. this album is part dance record, part eerie psychedelia, part tribute and part nostalgia trip; all wrapped up in that special lo-fi Magic Arrows sound. please enjoy this homage to 80's English rock from one of the US's finest contemporary producers, completely free!

Massive and sprawling collection of mostly guitar-based (probably other sounds woven into these tracks) ambience and electronica. This huge release seems to have moved quite far away from his more beat-oriented past, but the end results are still, to me, highly enjoyable and reminiscent of the ambience and atmosphere that I've come to associate with this project. I've been getting into ambient drone stuff recently and came across this artist via a random torrent. I loved it so much I had to support the artist! Bought the cassette, can't wait to listen to it in my car. riggityroll
